Stefan Zweig Centre Salzburg
The "Stefan Zweig Centre Salzburg" open with an 'Open House' (Nov. 29, 2008) and a 'Long Night for Stefan Zweig' (Dec. 5, 2008). The center is housed in the Edmundsburg at Mönchsberg Nr. 2 and will present an exhibition on Stefan Zweig, focusing on his years in Salzburg.
The exhibition is open to the public with free admission.
The "Stefan Zweig Centre" plans to hold lectures, readings, concerts, academic conferences in the field of culture, science, art and Judaism. It is to become an active setting for cultural and scientific projects as well as a venue for international encounters.
Open: Mon., Wed., Thurs. and Fri. from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. Tours of the exhibition by prior arrangement.
